Hey everybody, the cats out of the bag so I can finally let everybody know what i've been busy doing with my free time the past 6 months or so. I've put together an homage to Mark Gruenwalds original comic book series from back in the early eighties using the characters from the best superhero comic on the stands today, Invincible! It's The Official Handbook of the Invincible Universe, an illustrated guide which attempts to detail the Invincible universe and the diverse collection of characters in it. The book features classic artists from the 60's 70's and 80's and many of the biggest comtemporary names in the industry today, a number of whom are right here on Deviant. I'm literally in awe of the talent in these books and I hope everyone who was a fan of the original Handbook series, fans of Invincible and comics in general enjoy it as much as I have putting it together. I'll follow up soon with a journal entry with more information about the 2 issue series which is scheduled to drop Nov. 2nd from Image Comics. I could sure use all the support I can muster here on Deviant to get the word out about this book, so if you're so inclined, please tell your friends about it, these books defenitely carry my 100% seal of satisfaction approval. If you like comics, awesome art and a book that will provide litterally hours of reading enjoyment, The Official Handbook of the Invincible Universe is for you.
