I love steering people to new artists they might be unfamiliar with, so heres a few I'd like to suggest checking out if you haven't already.............
Evan Shaners "Mugshots" are some of the things I look forward to seeing posted most here on Deviantart, they're wonderfully fun little head and group shots of characters from comics, films, animation, etc. done in Doc's fun retro style that I just cannot get enough of. I have em all in my fav's gallery, but if you haven't been by his page yet, go stop on over, nothing but fun there...............
Dan Norton's page is begging to be checked out, he just jumped on board not so long ago but man is his stuff wicked cool. He's a comics guy thats been making his way in the animation game as of late, hes a fantastic artist and designer, go help spread the word and get that boys page count up there...............
Aimé Jalon has a fun style that reminds me a bit of Jamie Hewlett and Andrew Robinson so its no wonder I'm full on digging the work i found over on his site. There's a bunch more if you check out his "portfolio" link, he's only been here for a couple of months, go say hi, and see if you enjoy his work as much as i have..........
gregtocchini.blogspot.com/sear… Greg Tocchini was pointed out to me by David Williams, and boy, was I blown away......this fella is something special, theres something in the water over in Eroupe that produces some dang fine artists, and this fella is one of them, you'll get lost in all the goodness over at his Blog site..........
The other thing I wanted to say was how excited I am to be starting a new job soon and the opportunity its going to provide to work with some of the most talented artists and nicest people I know. My goodness, look at the line up I'm going to get to chum around with on a daily basis.........
One door closes and another door opens, I hope a lot of great things and fun times lie ahead, I'm really looking forward to the challenge and chance to grow as an artist, take care everybody..............

I made a Facebook page featuring my art...........
The Art of Dusty Abell is a Facebook page I created for people interested in my art that is separate from my personal Facebook page, which i've purposely kept for family, friends and close work associates. This page is for ANYONE that would like to follow what I do and leave feedback or comments. I hope you enjoy what I draw, let me know what you think!

Bring on the 60's Marvel Bad Guys
I'm in the process of drawing up a pretty big, all encompassing illustration and trying to incorporate a hearty selection of Marvel Comics original 1960's Silver Age villains.............this ones for my old school comic book friends out there, are there any egregious omissions you'd care to point out, have I missed anybody that just NEEDS to be in this thing? I've been contemplating this beast for 10 years, and I think I've finally come up with a layout I like, can't wait to show it off, I think it's gonna be a fun one.......
Here's the character count so far-
Bring on the Bad Guys character count-
1-Magneto
2-Doctor Doom
3-Toad
4-Doomb
