Awesome! I just got my comps Dusty! Kick ass. It's definitely better than the last. I like the drawing by Tim Divar, the one of my Robot redesign. Looks killer. And that Skycycle is just too cool for words. The Gaurdians pin-up was the my favorite of the book though, nicely done sir Abell. ;)

thanks ryan, i really had a blast putting together an homage to one of my favorite books when i was a kid and the fact i got to use all the sweet characters from your book was icing on the cake, eliots piece was so cool, its one of my favorites because that is just so 1983 era handbook! the jam came out looking really tight, heck the whole book looks awesome and boy dies image put together a solid package, the art reproduced just amazingly. i hope that the handbooks will find their way into the back of the forth hardcover, that would be cool indeed. looking forward to issue 39!

Well I do know these will NOT be printed in the Hardcovers but they don't need to be anyway, they rock separately just fine. The HC's would be WAY too expensive if we reprinted all that extra material. We are lucky you did this though, it's been great seeing such a huge mix of pros on this thing. Mind-blowing.

Just picked this up. Great as always. i like the fact that you have artists showing the characters rather than just taking pics from the book. Keep it up man! Love the work!

As always the covers are fantastic! I am a Skottie Young fan so I like his to. Also the Reanimen by Tom Perkins and Cecil by David Hartman. Not to overlook everybody's contribution because I feel like this book is very well done and given a treatment that most books like this don't really get.

Hooray!

It'll come out late over here, for obvious reasons, but either way it's been on my list for quite some time now. The first one was great, so I assume the second one will be just as good :D
